These General Reservation Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the General Conditions) govern the commercial relationship between CLEMENT HOTELES SL and the user or client for bookings made through the forms provided by CLEMENT HOTELES SL on WWW.CLEMENTHOTELES.COM .

Booking through the CLEMENT HOTELES SL websites implies the express acceptance by the client or user of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for browsing the pages owned by CLEMENT HOTELES SL.

These conditions apply without prejudice to the legal regulations applicable in each case. Cancellation
Cancellations made before 18:00 on the day of arrival incur no charges. Cancellations after this time or no-shows will be charged one night to the credit card, and the reservation will be cancelled.

Non-Refundable Rates
Non-refundable bookings differ from general conditions. Full payment is required at the time of booking. The reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in from 12:00h, guaranteed from 13:30h. Check-out no later than 12:00h on the departure day.

Withdrawal Rights
According to Article 103.i of the Consumer/Users Law (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to this contract.
